Hi! My research focuses on enhancing climate resilience in agriculture through plant-soil interactions, with a particular interest in carbon sequestration and soil health. I explore how deep-rooting crops and agroecological systems can increase soil organic matter and store carbon, contributing to sustainable food systems. By investigating root-soil dynamics, especially in low-input and perennial systems, I aim to identify strategies that improve soil function and long-term carbon stability, supporting climate change mitigation in agriculture.
